This collection from New Deal Studios includes a “Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” coal wagon with Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) 1:4 scale. This lot hits the auction block at number 102 and is an absolute must have for collectors of the franchise. This was used in the scene were Johnny Deep, as Jack Sparrow, is being chased through the town as the cart catches fire. This large scale model was shot high speed, in camera, complete with raging fire on board the wagon and all shot on a 1:4 scale set. It is created from wood resin and with formed sheet metal heat shields in the wagon. It measures 55” long and 27” tall. Bidding is opening at $2500 and estimates on this piece range in excess of $30000 due to the incredible importance and quality. This is a Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) Artist Proof Edition Lightsaber from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. This beautiful replica is in a display case and was owned and autographed by George Lucas himself. It measures approximately 13 ½” long and is still in its original packaging and box with Lucas Valley as the senders’ address. All documentation and certificates are included plus the unique letter cc’ing Martin Scorsese about the lightsaber. Bidding opens at only $300 and will attract lively bidding.
Also, there is a great collection from legendary comedian Sam Kinison, featuring his signature infamous charcoal grey two-button “Shang-Hai” overcoat and black beret as featured on the “Larger Than Life” record album cover and also personally worn from this first appearance on Saturday Night Live on December 7, 1985.
