RLP Auctions Presenting Western Collectibles, Firearms, and Native American Art on September 13th

On September 13th, 2015, iCollector.com finds a great auction up for bidding from RLP Auctions out of Montana. This auction has carefully put together a collection of Western collectibles and firearms, Western Americana, and Native American Art and collectibles. This auction has 119 lots to choose from for a fun afternoon of bidding and searching for treasures. Bidding commences at 1PM Mountain Time with an audio feed, right from Victor, Montana.

Items to keep an eye on during this sale include Lot 16 in the online catalog. Presented here is a great pair of spurs looking to fetch a great value for collectors. This is a Ron Bliss/Silver Inlay piece with silver conchos on the straps and double mounted spurs. The very next Lot is another pair of spurs that are worthy of note. These are a Frank Shultz/Silver Overlay card suit spurs. They are etched on the offside, and have Frank Schultz spur straps and silver conchos. Continuing with spurs, an extremely rare set is selling at Lot 42. These are Thomson’s Pockets spurs that are 1 ¾” long and are 1800’s military officers spurs. This is a complete set in the original box and is in outstanding condition and lightly used. These pieces have already earned significant absentee bidding interest and a full array of photos for them are available in the online catalog.

There are two highlighted firearms among the selections in the online catalog. First to take a look at is Lot 83. This is a Colt Lightning .22 Rifle with serial number 71727. This rifle looks good and the stock only has three small chips. There are three photos to look at online that give a great view of what this rifle is about. Moving up to Lot 100 is a great revolver that is sure to sell. This is a Colt SAA Revolver .32 WCF Nickel and the serial number is 212019. The revolver looks very good in the photos and will make a nice addition for the collector.

A stunning pair of beaded gauntlets can be had at Lot 114. The three photos in the online catalog are beautiful to observe and show how appealing these are. These are beaded fringe gauntlets with horses and Indian chiefs on them. They measure 6 inches by 18 inches and are in good condition. The very next lot, 115, presents a beautiful beaded fringed leather bag with Antler Clasp. This measures 4 inches by 18 inches. Both of these fine pieces of Native American work are a great example of the quality consignments RLP Auction continues to aquire.
