If you're looking for some highlights of the items going up for bidding, then check out these three works, sure to make a wonderful addition to any serious collection:

Ross Bleckner color screenprint, signed (lot #2)
Born in New York City in 1949, Ross Bleckner grew up on Long Island and was heavily influenced by his early introductions to art in the city. He holds a B.A. from New York University (1971) and an M.F.A. from the California Institute of the Arts at Valencia (1973), and has had a prolific career as a modern artist. His work has dealt thoroughly with the use of blending abstract colors and images to create a cohesive and evocative final product. This particular lot seems influenced by Bleckner's fascination with viewing the body at a cellular or molecular level, displaying a range of cell-looking, different colored circles intertwining with one another. A 27-color screenprint, this piece is numbered 56/75 and is signed in pencil by Bleckner himself.

Serigraph of Jon D'Orazio's "Radiance," signed (lot #7)
A practicing architect through much of the 1960s, Jon D'Orazio was born in Youngstown, Ohio, in 1942. After switching to creating art on a full-time basis, D'Orazio also developed a deep intellectual interest in Eastern culture and artwork, and this is reflected in much of his later work, including "Radiance." This serigraph of the artist's original work demonstrates a beautiful use of a broad range of colors to evoke feelings both comforting and startling. No. 45 in a series of 300, this piece is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist himself. Measuring 23-by-23 inches, this piece would make a lovely addition to any collection.

Original of Seena Donneson's "Galaxy" (lot #8)
Having studied at both the Pratt Institute and the Art Students League, Seena Donneson is a New York City-born American artist. During an illustrious career spanning multiple decades, Donneson's work was displayed in countless New York museums as well as other venues across the country. The lot up for bidding features the original canvas of her work "Galaxy," an abstract piece using deep blues and purples to purvey a celestial feeling. Done in oil paint in 1960, this piece's bidding will begin at $12,000.
